Das Sofa ist aus Leder.
Es ist ca. 15 Jahre alt.
Eine Naht ist aufgerissen. Siehe Foto (könnte aber zugenäht werden...)
Ansonsten ausser Gebrauchsspuren / paar Kratzer gut in Form.
Super Federung, die noch so gut wie neu ist.
!! MUSS SELBER DEMONTIERT, GETRAGEN UND ABGEHOLT WERDEN !!
4. Stock
Es aus der Wohnungstür bringen ist etwas tricky, da es nur in zwei Module geteilt werden kann und beide relativ lang sind, also bitte nur abholen, wenn sie mehrere starke Personen auftreiben können.
Personenlift, breites Treppenhaus und Parkplätze in der Nähe vom Eingang vorhanden.
