Scoby zur Herstellung von Kombucha
Immer zur Mitte und Ende des Monats habe ich einen Scoby mit Ansatzflüssigkeit abzugeben.
Aktuell verwende ich Bio grünen Tee und Bio Vollrohrzucker, aber er lässt sich auch umgewöhnen.
Gerne erklären ich dir, wie du deinen ersten Ansatz herstellst.
Ich esse gerne die Lindt Schokolade \"90%\"
